Someone I know absolutely loves this dish, so I wanted to be able to share it with you all, and to make it as easy and as delicious as possible!
Though making these ribs is stress-free, unfortunately my experience with cleaning the glassware they were baked in was totally the opposite. So, to help you cut some corners, I highly recommend that you either bake them in an oil coated glassware (or cast iron skillet), or I suggest lining these vessels with parchment paper.

BBQ PORK RIBS A LA MARCO
(COSTINE DI MAIALE ALLA MARCO IN SALSA BARBEQUE)čŹ┤

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A few leaves of fresh or dry rosemary
  • 2 tsp of EVO

  • When ready to cook, pre-heat the oven to 400F

  • Remove the ribs from the liquid, and place them in the vessel
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the meat
  • Cut or mince the garlic to garnish, or leave whole in its skin
  • Rub the meat with the BBQ sauce (top and bottom)
  • Sprinkle some rosemary and EVO, or your favorite oil
  • Put in the oven, and cook at 400F for 25 minutes or until pork reaches and internal temp of 145F
