BBQ PORK RIBS A LA MARCO (COSTINE DI MAIALE ALLA MARCO IN SALSA BARBEQUE)
Someone I know absolutely loves this dish, so I wanted to be able to share it with you all, and to make it as easy and as delicious as possible!
Though making these ribs is stress-free, unfortunately my experience with cleaning the glassware they were baked in was totally the opposite. So, to help you cut some corners, I highly recommend that you either bake them in an oil coated glassware (or cast iron skillet), or I suggest lining these vessels with parchment paper.
